Class description:
2 days per week, 1 hour

Atlantis Aquatics welcomes all adults that are ready to try swimming for fitness. Adults of all ages and levels are discovering the benefits of swimming. This exciting group swim class is motivati ng adults to get fit and have fun. Structured workouts will focus on skills and drills for good swim technique and interval training for superior cardio and muscular improvement.

- Stay motivated to work out in a relaxed atmosphere

- Recover from injuries with low impact workouts
