As part of Atlantis Aquatics' Drowning Prevention Campaign in which we are attempting to reduce the risk of drowning by getting families started with the learn-to-swim process at an earlier age, we offer FREE Parent & Me classes for all children ages 8 weeks to 36 months old.

PARENT & ME PROGRAM (8 weeks - 36 months)

Class description
1 day per week, 8 students per class, 20 minutes

Purpose
To teach parents how to make their child safer in and around water. Your child will
become safer with each new skill they learn. The purpose is not to teach independent
swimming, it is to start the process.

Benefits
Ages 8 weeks - 6 months (Parent & Me): Maintain your child's comfort in the water and ability to hold their breath and avoid panic

Ages 6 months - 12 months (Parent & Me): Help make your child comfortable in water and regain their ability to hold their breath
